Grounded Café, a well-known, popular downtown establishment in Green Bay, has announced the launch of their new menu, showcasing a range of new items and bringing back a few fan favorites.
Situated within the Aging & Disability Resource Building, the cafe has been a staple in the community for over five years. According to a press release from the ADRC and Grounded, the cafe has always been “committed to breaking down stereotypes and fostering a sense of community.” Their new menu is an extension of this mission, as they aim to create an atmosphere where every visitor feels valued and people can come together to enjoy a delicious meal as they connect with one another.
Within the press release, the Director of the ADRC, Devon Christianson expressed her enthusiasm for the launch saying,
We are excited to introduce our new menu, which not only reflects our dedication to delivering delicious food but also reinforces our core values of igniting the change we want to see in our community. At Grounded, we believe that food has the power to bring everyone together, and our new menu is a testament to the richness and diversity of our community.
The new menu offers both breakfast and lunch options, spanning from savory to sweet. Some notable highlights include Chipotle and BBQ Chicken flatbreads, a Winter Salad featuring roasted chickpeas and sweet potatoes, and a Daily Bakery section offering freshly baked specials including scones, cookies, brownies, and more.
They are also introducing a new beverage option, the Lotus Energy Refresher, a natural plant energy drink, which comes in flavors such as Pink Dragon, Blue Lagoon, Jolly Rancher, and Desert Pear. The cafe also offers a Skinny Lotus option for those interested.
