OSHKOSH, Wis–Criminal charges are filed in connection with a fatal hit and run crash in Oshkosh. Mark Radley is facing one count of Hit and Run Involving Death in Winnebago County Court.
Radley is accused of hitting and killing a 38-year old man at Ohio Street and 3rd Avenue Wednesday night. According to the criminal complaint, Radley was delivering pizzas at the time of the crash, returning to the restaurant several more times for deliveries before police arrived to question him.
Radley faces up to 25-years in prison if convicted.
