APPLETON, Wis. — Appleton police make an arrest in connection with a Christmas Eve murder.
Elliot Campbell of Racine is accused of shooting Elijah Dodson to death along the 100 block of S. Walnut Street in the early morning hours of Dec. 24.
Police have not said where Campbell was arrested.
Criminal charges are pending.
