APPLETON, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed in connection with a fatal shooting in downtown Appleton.
Elliot Campbell is facing one count of First Degree Intentional Homicide in Outagamie County Court.
Campbell is accused of shooting Elijah Dodson to death during a disturbance in the line for a food truck on Dec. 24th. Campbell fled the scene and was arrested a couple of weeks later.
He faces life in prison if convicted.
