APPLETON, Wis–A Freedom woman is arrested after her two-year old daughter dies of a drug overdose. Brooke Seal was taken into custody on Wednesday.
Outagamie County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Seal’s home on January 6th on a report that the child was not breathing. Autopsy results showed the girl had fentanyl levels in her system that were enough to kill an adult. Investigators have not said how the child may have ingested the drug.
Criminal charges against Seal are pending. The Sheriff’s Office says more arrests may be made.
