WAUPACA, Wis–A Neenah man accused of killing four siblings in a wrong-way drunk-driving crash is heading to trial. Scott Farmer waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Waupaca County Court on four counts of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle.
Farmer was traveling the wrong way along Highway 10 in December when he struck an S-U-V carrying four members of the Gonzalez family of Weyauwega. He is also charged with O-W-I 5th Offense.
No trial date has been set.
