GREEN BAY, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against two people in connection with a Green Bay restaurant robbery.
Reinaldo Fuentes-Nietzsche faces one count of Armed Robbery With the Threat of Force as a Repeat Offender, while Abigail Guerrero is charged with Being Party to Armed Robbery in Brown County Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Fuentes-Nietzsche threatened a clerk at El Ranchito and got away with $20,000 on Feb. 17. Investigators later discovered that the clerk, Guerrero, was living with Fuentes-Nietzsche and was allegedly in on the scheme.
Fuentes-Nietzsche faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted, while Guerrero faces up to 40 years.
