MANITOWOC, Wis. — The mother of a boy reported missing in Two Rivers is heading to trial on child neglect charges.
Katrina Baur waives her right to a preliminary hearing in Manitowoc County Court on charges of Chronic Neglect of a Child.
Baur’s 3-year old son, Elijah Vue, was reported missing nearly a month ago. She is also facing misdemeanor obstruction charges after allegedly lying to police about her whereabouts at the time of the boy’s disappearance. She will enter pleas to the charges on March 22.
The man who was watching Vue at the time, Jesse Vang, appeared in court without an attorney again. He is also facing child neglect charges.
