MISHICOT, Wis. — The state Department of Justice is investigating an officer-involved incident in Mishicot.
Police were called to a home in the 200 block of S. Main Street shortly before 4 p.m. Tuesday on the report of a domestic dispute.
Officers arrived to a person in the driveway who allegedly approached them in an aggressive manner.
The individual ignored commands from the officers, leading them to use non-lethal force. That person was taken to a local hospital, where they are still being treated as of Wednesday night.
The involved officers have been placed on administrative leave, which is standard policy. None of them were hurt.
