OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh Police have a suspect in custody following a reported shooting incident. The 25-year old is accused of firing multiple shots inside a home in the 800-block of Central Street around 4:00 Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, a weapon was also set up pointing to the front door, and was rigged to fire if anyone tried to enter. Officers entered the house using ladders to a second story, and the suspect surrendered without further incident. No one was hurt.
A neighboring house was hit with some gunfire. Police reportedly also found evidence of child pornography in the residence. Criminal charges are pending.
