NEENAH, Wis–Neenah City Attorney David Rashid is facing sexual assault charges. Prosecutors have filed two counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Assault and one count of 4th Degree Sexual Assault, all with domestic abuse enhancers, against Rashid in Winnebago County.
The alleged incidents date back to 2017, 2020, and 2022. A release from the city of Neenah says that Rashid has been placed on administrative leave. He will make his initial appearance in court on May 13th.
