TOWN OF NEW HOLSTEIN, Wis. — A motorcyclist is dead following a crash in Calumet County.
The sheriff’s office says the 18-year-old New Holstein man rear-ended a boat being towed by a truck at the intersection of Highway HH and Meyer Road shortly before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two people in the truck were not hurt.
Investigators believe speed was a factor in the crash.
