OSHKOSH,WI — The verdict is in against Jason Lindemann. This afternoon the jury found Lindemann guilty of 14 of the 15 charges against him in a boat crash involving the On the Loos paddlewheel cruise boat in July of 2022. Lindemann was charged with two counts of recklessly endangering safety and 11-counts of failing to render aid at the scene of a boat accident and one count of negligent operation of a boat. He was acquitted of one charge of failing to render aid Prosecutors say Lindemann had been operating his speed boat while intoxicated at the time it collided with the paddlewheel cruiser before speeding away. Several cruise boat passengers were injured in the collision. Lindemann surrendered to authorities two days later. Lindemann is scheduled to be sentence on August 22nd.
