OSHKOSH, Wis. — A longtime Oshkosh employee is calling it a career.
City manager Mark Rohloff announces his retirement.
Rohloff has spent 41 years in local government, including the last 16 as Oshkosh city manager.
His final day will be Jan. 3, 2025.
