ONEIDA, Wis. — A vehicle-bicycle crash severely injures the bike rider and lands the vehicle driver in jail on suspicion of impaired driving.
The crash took place shortly after 2:30 a.m. Sunday on County Trunk E near County Trunk J in Oneida.
The bicyclist, a 56-year-old De Pere man, was airlifted to a local hospital.
The driver of the vehicle, a 33-year-old man from Oneida, was arrested on charges of Operating While Intoxicated Causing Injury and Hit-and-Run Causing Injury.
