LOMIRA, Wis. — A former Lomira fire chief and employee of the village is suspected of stealing.
Keith Joas has been arrested on charges of Misconduct in Public Office and Theft.
According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, Joas allegedly used taxpayer money to obtain items for personal use while working for the village of Lomira. His employment was terminated back in February.
Formal charges have not been filed.
