MENASHA, Wis. — Turkeys continue to pester law enforcement in Northeast Wisconsin.
A Menasha police officer was sitting in his squad car while on his lunch break last weekend when a turkey flew up onto the hood.
The bird looked around for a few seconds before the officer activated the windshield wipers — scaring it off.
The encounter comes two weeks after a turkey attacked a state Patrol squad car in Grand Chute.
