TOWN OF STEPHENSON, Wis. — Two people are dead in a Marinette County murder-suicide.
The sheriff’s office says Troy Noble shot his wife, Erica, several times at a town of Stephenson residence around 5:15 p.m. Sunday. The victim was taken from the scene and later died from her injuries.
Officers and crisis negotiators tried contacting Noble from outside the home but were unsuccessful. He eventually came out and died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The incident remains under investigation.
