OSHKOSH, Wis–The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce hosts the final forum for the candidates running for Winnebago County Executive.
Issues covered in the forum include: Transparency in local government, the future of the UW-Oshkosh Fox Cities Campus in Menasha, a potential county sales tax, the size of the county’s undesignated fund balance, workforce development, and housing needs.
