APPLETON, Wis. — Appleton police arrest a man accused of exposing himself to people in an apartment complex.
Officers were called to the units in the 1600 block of E. Harding Drive around 5:30 a.m. Thursday on the report of a man trying to force his way into apartments while exposing his genitals.
Jonathan Lupe of Shawano reportedly ran from the officers, entered an open apartment and jumped from a second story balcony. He was eventually taken into custody.
Lupe suffered minor injuries in his fall.
Criminal charges are pending.
