OSHKOSH, Wis. — Oshkosh police say the death of a dog is a case of animal cruelty.
The severely emaciated dog was found in a cage inside of a dumpster at an apartment complex in the 2100 block of Wisconsin Street around 12:50 p.m. Wednesday.
The dog was medium-sized, female, black in color and 3 to 4 years old.
Anyone with information on the dog’s death should contact Oshkosh police.
