OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh man is in custody following a shooting incident.
Police say the 39-year-old fired shots into an occupied business in the 400 block of N. Main Street around 1:50 a.m. Friday and ran off.
A man inside was struck and taken to the hospital, where he is expected to survive.
Officers found the suspect about a half-hour later and took him into custody.
Criminal charges are pending.
