KAUKAUNA, Wis–Two Fox Valley communities are asking people to stop illegal garbage dumping. Both the city of Kaukauka and the town of Freedom have seen people either drop off items that are not allowed, or just throwing items on the ground next to dumpsters at their collection sites this spring.
Kaukauna says it will start fining violators, while Freedom says it may close its collection site permanently.
UPDATE: Freedom says its violator has come forward.
