OSHKOSH, WI — A Colorado man arrested in an prostitution sting in Oshkosh reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Romon Mitchell is convicted in Winnebago County Court on charges of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Possession of Fentanyl and Meth. One count of Human Trafficking was dismissed. Mitchell was arrested after police responded to a motel where a woman was allegedly providing sex for money back in January. He faces up to 40-years in prison when sentenced on July 14th.
