GREEN BAY, Wis. — A federal grand jury indicts four Mexican nationals in connection with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and methamphetamine in Green Bay.
They’re identified as Ruben Salgado Espinoza, Pablo Sifuentes Navarro and Sanjuana Montenegro Ochoa all of Rockford, Illinois, and Pedro Sifuentes Navarro of Louisville, Kentucky.
Each are charged with Conspiracy to Distribute over five kilograms of cocaine and possession with intent to deliver cocaine. Sanjuana Montenegro Ochoa is also charged with conspiracy to distribute 50 grams of meth.
On April 22, Drug Enforcement Agency agents seized 30 kilos of cocaine from vehicles used by three of the suspects in Green Bay.
If convicted, the suspects each face between 10 years to life in prison.
