OSHKOSH, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against an Oshkosh man in connection with a suspicious death in Neenah.
Rodney Franklin faces one count of first-degree intentional homicide in Winnebago County Court.
Franklin is accused of killing Keith Rieskamp, whom officers found behind a residence in the 200 block of E. Doty Avenue during a welfare check last November. Franklin was taken into custody shortly after.
He faces life in prison if convicted.
