GREEN BAY, Wis. — The coal piles in downtown Green Bay will officially be moving.
The Brown County Board approves an agreement with the C. Reiss company to relocate the piles along the Fox River.
The deal calls for the coal to be moved to the Fox River Terminal, which currently houses salt. The salt will be taken to the site of the former Pulliam Power Plant.
Based on their agreement, Brown County and C. Reiss must draft and sign a lease for the coal pile move by Sept. 15.
