WATERTOWN, Wis. — A Dodge County man is suspected of possessing of child pornography.
Seventy-year-old Michael Smulders of Watertown was arrested by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office. That followed a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which led to an investigation of Smulders’ online activities.
Smulders was booked into the Dodge County Jail on a charge of possession of child pornography.
Formal charges are pending.
