Fudge Strip Cookie Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 (3 oz.) packages instant coconut cream pudding or vanilla instant pudding
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
- 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, drained
- 1 (11 oz.) package Keebler Fudge Strip cookies
Directions: Mix the buttermilk and pudding together with a wire whisk. Blend in cool whip. Add mandarin oranges, pineapple and cookie crumbs. Pour into a glass serving bowl. Top with reserved crumbs and refrigerate.
