HOWARD, Wis–A Suamico man is dead following a crash in the village of Howard. The Brown County Sheriff’s Office says a pickup truck missed a curve along Shawano Avenue around 9:55 Thursday night, ran off the road, and struck a power pole.
The two men inside were trapped. The 21-year old passenger was pronounced dead upon arrival at a Green Bay hospital. The driver is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
Investigators believe speed and alcohol were factors in that crash.
