OSHKOSH, Wis. — The property tax rate for the Oshkosh Area School District will be less than first thought.
Finance director Drew Niehans says the numbers improved from what was proposed over the summer………
However, school board member Michael Ford points out that won’t necessarily mean smaller property tax bills……..
The mill rate will not be affected by this year’s approved referendum package, as that replaces taxes collected for a previous referendum.
