TOWNSHIP OF LIND, Wis. — One person is dead — another is hurt — following a crash in Waupaca County.
The sheriff’s office says a vehicle left Southwood Drive in the township of Lind and struck a tree around 8:45 p.m. Oct. 24.
The driver and their passenger were taken to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah.
The sheriff’s office was notified on Tuesday that the driver died from their injuries. The passenger’s condition is unknown.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
