MADISON, Wis. — Governor Tony Evers names a new Outagamie County Circuit Court judge.
Whitney Healy will replace Judge Mark McGinnis when his resignation becomes effective in February.
Healy is a civil litigation attorney in Appleton.
Her term will run through July of 2027.
