APPLETON, Wis. — A former Neenah police officer who traded child pornography on the internet reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Owen Halls is convicted in Outagamie County Court on one count of possession of child porn.
Halls was arrested in March following an investigation into his online activities by the Wisconsin Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
He faces up to 25 years in prison when sentenced on Dec. 12.
Halls served with Neenah police from March of 2024 until his arrest.
