OSHKOSH, Wis. — The Oshkosh school board now has just over a month to determine ways to close a $6 million structural deficit.
Board members learned more Wednesday about the specific jobs proposed for reduction or elimination. Those include 11 Central Office positions, nearly 14 staff members at the district level, nearly 34 elementary and secondary level jobs and nearly 12 preK-elementary positions. That would save nearly $6.5 million.
