TOWNSHIP OF LEROY, Wis. — One person is dead — two others are hurt — following a crash in Dodge County.
The sheriff’s office says a Toyota Rav-4 crossed the centerline along State Highway 49 in the township of Leroy and struck a semi around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. The Rav-4 was then pushed into a Toyota Highlander.
The 48-year-old Brookfield woman driving the Rav-4 was pronounced dead at the scene. The 32-year-old Athens man operating the semi and the 63-year-old Campbellsport man driving the Highlander were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
