UPDATE: Scott Rybicki has been found safe

GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who has not been heard from in two weeks. Scott Rybicki started missing medical appointments on Dec. 27, and his family has not been able to contact him.
Rybicki is homeless and lives out of a van that was found vacant. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the Brown County Sheriff’s Office.
