OSHKOSH, Wis. — Oshkosh police are searching for a missing man.
Frederick Ellis has not been heard from since October.
Ellis is homeless, and family members are concerned about his mental health.
He is described as an African American, 5-foot-10 and about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and black shoes.
Anyone with information on Ellis’ whereabouts should contact Oshkosh police.
