TOWN OF WAUPACA, Wis. — A Weyauwega man is in custody following a SWAT incident in Waupaca County.
Officers were called to a residence in the town of Waupaca around 11:20 a.m. Wednesday on the report of a domestic abuse incident.
The 47-year-old man barricaded himself inside the building, while deputies were able to rescue the female victim.
The man was eventually taken into custody without further incident.
Criminal charges are pending.
