APPLETON, Wis. — A Kaukauna man will spend two years in prison for causing a fatal crash.
Bailey Laux is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to two years on extended supervision for homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
Laux was texting on his phone when he slammed into the back of a vehicle along Interstate 41 in May of 2022.
The driver of the other car, Chelsey Jennings, died from her injuries.
