WAUPACA, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against a New London kindergarten teacher accused of having drugs on school grounds.
Laurie Laubenstein is charged in Waupaca County Court with possession of cocaine.
Laubenstein was arrested at Lincoln Elementary School last week after reports of her using the drugs in a school bathroom.
She will make an initial appearance in court on March 17.
If convicted, Laubenstein would face up to a year in jail.
