GREEN BAY, Wis. — An alleged Green Bay drug dealer reportedly stocked his residence with homemade bombs.
Kenneth Seay is charged in Brown County Court with 13 counts of possession of improvised explosives, possession of meth and cocaine with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug trafficking place.
According to the criminal complaint, the U.S. Postal Service tagged a package addressed to Seay as containing meth and cocaine. When officers raided the house after the package was delivered Feb. 24, they allegedly found a number of explosives inside.
Seay reportedly told investigators he lived in fear of the drug cartels and wanted to protect himself.
He faces up to 136 years in prison if convicted.
