WAUPACA, Wis. — A Clintonville woman is accused of providing drugs to an overdose victim whose body has never been found.
Desiree Osman is charged in Waupaca County Court with first-degree reckless homicide, being party to hiding a corpse and delivery of heroin.
According to the criminal complaint, Osman provided heroin to Jon Morgan before his disappearance in March of 2020. When questioned about Morgan’s whereabouts, Osman reportedly told investigators, “He’s dead.”
His body has not been found.
If convicted, Osman would face up to 77 years in prison.
