UPDATE: The driver, Ghebry Figueroa, has been formally charged after a crash in Green Bay that injured 41 people on Sunday.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged 37-year-old Figueroa, on March 24 with two counts of Knowingly Operating a Motor Vehicle while Revoked, Causing Great Bodily Harm to Another and one count of Operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle while Disqualified.
Figueroa was arrested by Green Bay Police on the evening of the crash, which is still under investigation with help from the Wisconsin State Patrol.
Initially, 33 of the 54 passengers were reported to be injured, but that number has risen to 41.

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Several people are hurt after a tour bus crashes in Green Bay.
Police Capt. Clint Beguhn says the bus, which was carrying 54 passengers, was traveling from Chicago to a casino in Michigan when it exited northbound Interstate 43 onto N. Webster Avenue, crossed the roadway and went over an embankment around 2:45 p.m. Sunday………
Green Bay Metro Fire Battalion Chief Chad Bronkhorst says more than 30 people were injured………
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
