GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay man reaches a plea deal with prosecutors on charges related to a fatal shooting.
Darian Pinchart is convicted in Brown County Court on a reduced count of felony murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Pinchart is one of five people charged in connection with the shooting death of Brandon Ramirez during a reported drug robbery in August of 2024.
He faces up to life in prison when sentenced on June 15.
