APPLETON, Wis. — A Neenah man who provided drugs to a Kimberly overdose victim reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
James Barton is convicted in Outagamie County Court on one count of first-degree reckless homicide.
Barton provided fentanyl-laced cocaine to a person found dead in a Kimberly residence along E. 1st Street back in August of 2022.
He faces up to 40 years in prison when sentenced on April 8.
