(FOND DU LAC, WI) — Two Fond du Lac women are accused of using their roommate’s debit and food stamp cards after she was sent to jail.
Felicia Spencer is facing nine counts of Identity Theft, Possession of Cocaine, Credit Card Theft, and Misstating Facts in a Food Stamp Application–while no charges have been filed yet against Chelsea Weiss.
According to prosecutors, Spencer and Weiss used their roommate’s cards while she was being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail this winter. When police arrived at the home all three shared, they reportedly found cocaine and marijuana.
Both women’s children were taken into protective custody.
