SHIOCTON, Wis–An evacuation order is issued for all residents of Shiocton.

The village president says waters along the Wolf River are rising faster than expected, and will likely crest higher than anticipated as well over the next couple of days.
The notice warns those who choose not to evacuate by 3:00 this (Wednesday) afternoon that emergency services likely will not be able to reach them. The evacuation order is in effect until further notice.
