While floodwaters begin to recede, the need for cleanup and relief continues to grow.
Communities across the Fox Valley are now sharing ways you can support neighbors impacted by flooding.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
To support families impacted by flooding across the Fox Valley a Community Response Fund has been established.
All funds raised will stay local, supporting residents in Calumet, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca, and northern Winnebago counties as they navigate the immediate impacts of flooding and begin to recover.
This fund is a partnership between United Way Fox Cities and the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, ensuring resources are directed where they’re needed most.
Your tax-deductible donation to the Community Response Fund will be distributed through local nonprofits, churches, and other community organizations engaging in relief, short-term response, and longer-term recovery in Outagamie, Waupaca, and the Neenah-Menasha area of Winnebago counties. The funding provided to these community organizations will help with housing and safe shelter, food, health and well-being, and financial assistance.
Anyone impacted by the storms can call 1-800-RED CROSS for immediate assistance. The organization will share updates as more information becomes available.
