Outagamie County Emergency Management
BLACK CREEK, Wis. — Residents impacted by flooding can soon access a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC).
Outagamie County Emergency Management has coordinated with local, state, and community partners to provide a “one stop shop” for information, services, and support to individuals and families recovering from flood-related damage.
The MARC will be located at Romy’s Nitingale, at W5670 County Rd A, Black Creek. It will open on Wednesday, April 22.
Hours of Operation:
- Wednesday (April 22): 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday (April 23): 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday (April 24): 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday (April 25): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Representatives from multiple agencies and organizations will be available on-site to help residents navigate recovery and access available.
Services available at the MARC may include,
- Disaster relief and recovery assistance
- Public health and safety information
- Private well water and environmental health guidance
- Food and nutrition support programs
- Mental health and crisis counseling services
- Insurance and housing assistance resources
- Referrals to community-based organizations

Residents affected by flooding can call 2-1-1 to report their damages and/or identify needs they may have.
